Rooms were pleasant; price was excellent.
Breakfast room could have been more organized; things could have been replenished.
good value and good location; clean; pleasant morning person at desk
bulb out and office would not replace; badly stuck front door; ultrathin pillows
terrible service on the part of the manager. He is extremely rude to guests.
The rooms are clean, the tubs are deep, the beds are comfortable & the coffee in the morning is free. I'm stoked on your motel. Thank you very much I'll stay there any time I come to Frisco. Take care,
Inresponsible front desk, rude staff dirty room noisy hotel, cant sleep at night
Room chair had no more padding in the seat.
It is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle every 30 minutes. Price was more than reasonable and breakfast had a vast variety of options. Rooms were very clean
As it is so close to the airport, people are checking in at all hours in the meningitis so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you
Nice , newley remodeled rooms, great for the price, about a 20 minute drive from fishermans warf, in nice area near airport.
Be careful! This hotel just uses its good location at the airport. If you book with Booked.net there is a 4.5 dollar tourism fee and an additional 10% tax on top! Wifi is not included and costs another 7 dollar extra per night, so you couldn´t even check your flight status! The receptionists were really unfriendly, almost rude when they couldn´t find our reservation at first. There are plenty of better hotels nearby. This one is not recommendable!
We stayed in this hotel just one night. It is very convenient that it is close to the airport and that it has a free shuttle.. And the breakfast was very good.
The room and the sheets wasn't clean enough .
We liked the price and close proximity to sfo airport.
We stayed here at the beginning and end of a road trip through the mid- West. On our first night we were called by Reception in the middle of the night saying that our bank card had been declined (the bank recognised that my card was being used overseas) and we were demanded to report to Reception immediately to make payment in cash. The Receptionist couldn't understand why calling us and making us get out of bed was an issue and said that she was doing it to a number of guests. Not ideal when you pay to stay in a hotal to get a nights sleep! We reported this in the morning and the staff on duty didn't seem too concerned that this had happened.
Price, convience to airport, Long term parking
The overall layout and "garden" part of the hotel shows it was well designed in the 1960s. Cool windows in each room and a good central lawn area for kids to play. Pool is adequate. The lobby is clean and new looking. Park & Fly is well organized and efficient. Airport shuttle was timely and convenient.
Rooms are not good. Carpets so old and dirty I kept my shoes on at all times. Bathrooms are newish and clean. Mattresses/pillows/chairs are dingy, flat and worn out. Breakfast room is a bar that still has the beer advertising mirrors up on the wall. Some staff are nice & friendly (the breakfast ladies) , but most are stone faced and eager to get away from customers as quickly as possible. Chinese Buffet is only close food and again with the unfriendly service. You can walk to other hotel's restaurants from CitiG.
The noise from neighborhood warehouse.
No coffee at the hotel restaurant or in the room. The nearest place to get coffee was too far to walk.
